Can You Subcontract to Work Within Our Team, or On A Retainer?

Yes.

We support teams on a project basis or as an embedded resource across annual event programs. This includes production support, hospitality delivery, partner servicing, activations, and program management.

Both!

Our team moves where the work takes us.

We produce events in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban, and can scale teams across the country. We’ve worked nationally for over 9 years. Our team is available as your local arm to events planning and execution –  or destination management support.  Whether your event is on the coast, inland, or somewhere completely remote, we’ll make it happen.

Yes!

We support both stand-alone events and recurring annual event calendars.

Our role adjusts to the scope – from a single event need to full-season program support.

We understand that budgets matter. While we have starting rates and frameworks, the true cost depends on your vision, the level of detail, and the quality of service you expect. We don’t work with cookie-cutter templates. Instead, we design events to reflect your needs.

From intimate elopements to high-touch brand activations, a complimentary discovery call helps us understand the brief which allows us to accurately quote and cost.

For long-term or retainer projects, we create custom packages based on time and deliverables.

Pricing is based on the project scope and required level of involvement. We offer fixed project fees, hourly/retainer support, and contracted roles for longer programs.

After our initial conversation and once we understand the full brief, we provide a detailed proposal. We believe in transparency and will always provide clarity before we begin.

Absolutely!

We prioritize your privacy and respect confidentiality. Many of our most impactful gatherings are kept offline. While we run campaign-based events and activations using social media platforms, we never post or publicize client information without permission.

We deeply value confidentiality and your trust – please share your privacy requirements in advance, and we will make this work.

Yes. We regularly work and collaborate with clients and Destination Management Companies that need local planning support from trusted suppliers.

[ If you find yourself in a scenario of booking a venue or big ticket item and sharing the rest with others, consider doing a quick consult on the idea. Big ticket items can influence a lot on the budget, production, or requirements, and it’s a good idea to take these considerations into the booking process. ]

If we’re not a good fit, we can recommend you to trusted planners suited for the job.

Yes, we work with reconciliations and event contingencies.

Event planning isn’t always linear, and things shift. We factor in a contingency to manage surprises (weather, guest count changes, etc.), and our job is to minimize waste and return what isn’t used. After your event, we reconcile the spend and provide any eligible refunds.

I can plug into a specific department, phase, or workstream – all I need is a clear brief or handover to get started.

This depends on the scope and timing of the project. Large productions and annual programs are ideally booked several months or a year ahead, while smaller or once-off events can often be supported on shorter notice. The earlier you reach out, the better we can secure the right resources.

Both.

I have a trusted network of suppliers across the industry, but I also collaborate with existing vendor teams if preferred. The focus is always on sourcing the right team for quality, budget, and delivery requirements.
